Extended Reality (XR) Training

Introduction to Extended Reality (XR): Technologies, Use Cases & Workshops
The training is designed to introduce participants to the realm of extended reality (XR), enabling them to explore its transformative potential in a collaborative environment. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of XR concepts and terminologies through relevant use cases for each XR technology. Additionally, the training offers hands-on experience in developing XR applications using the Unity platform.

What We will cover?

1) Opening Session: Meeting in XR Environment
The opening session offers participants an engaging, hands-on introduction to the transformative potential of XR in collaborative settings.
2) Course: Introduction to XR and Use cases
The initial course provides participants with foundational knowledge in Extended Reality (XR) technologies. By featuring practical examples and use cases for each XR technology, the course approach will help participants see how XR concepts are applied across various industries, from entertainment to healthcare and beyond
3) Quiz: Introduction to XR and Use cases
The quiz evaluates participants understanding of key XR fundamentals. Through video presentations of XR applications followed by a series of questions, participants can assess their comprehension of XR fundamentals.
4) Workshop: First VR application (For Participants with Basic Knowledge of C#, C, or C++)
The workshop introduces participants to Unity3D, covering interface navigation and testing projects on Android devices. It focuses on tools and techniques for developing interactive 360 VR tours of tourist destinations. By the end, participants will create their own 360-degree VR tour.
