INAS invites Algerian scientists, researchers, and students both in Algeria and abroad to submit white papers that encourage scientific writing and help raise academic standards in Algeria. Approved papers will be published on the INAS website and shared across our social media platforms.
What is a White Paper ?
A whitepaper is an article written in an academic language, that provides readers with an overview of a specific issue, to help them understand it, solve a problem or decide about it.
It is the first document researchers should read to understand a concept or an idea.
GOALS
- Develop talents and encourage intellectual exchange amongst Algerian students and scientists within Algeria and globally.
- Promote inspiring ideas that contribute to advancing academic standards in Algeria.
- Provide a platform for sharing innovative scientific work and connecting to the global scientific community.
Submission GUIDELINES
- The Manuscript should be submitted in a MS Word format, 2-4 pages long and should include the article title, the author’s name(s) and affiliation, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author.
- Include the author’s name, affiliation, and a brief academic biography at the beginning of the article.
- Accepted Language: Arabic, English, and French.
- Respect the methodological structure of an article: Introduction, body, conclusion, and recommendations.
- Respect the academic writing standards, including using a proper referencing style, citation, and list of references.

Author(s) Acknowledgment
By submitting an article for publication by INAS, the author(s) acknowledge authorship of the submitted material, i.e. it is their own writing, not machine generated and are taking full responsibility for the submitted content. Proper references must be given when quoting previously published work.
INAS uses advanced tools to detect plagiarism and AI generated writing and reserves the right to deny publication if these guidelines are not respected.
